Mizuki Akahoshi

Crafter Mizuki had the opportunity to study abroad in Brazil while attending university. During that year, she backpacked throughout Central and South America, as well as Asia.
On her journey, she was surrounded by beautifully untouched nature. The diverse people and the existing cultures astounded her like nothing ever did before. She had, since a young child, aspired to "absorb herself with craftsmanship." This was her long awaited opportunity. She launched her brand 4zk in 2010 - a handcrafted jewelry line inspired from her adventures and voyages.
She recently moved her atelier to the Zushi area, an area in the outskirts of Tokyo surrounded by water and cliffs. Since April 2015, she spends her time producing her own jewelry line, as well as fulfilling individual orders from customers.
